I don't have a reason to troll you. Lane isn't a proven HC. He's popular on here. Doesn't mean he's the best available or worth 14 mil.

You listed his accomplishments at...
Washington, which was tradionally the #2 Pac school behind USC, and which had made the 4 team playoff before. And has 2 national titles, one in the 1990s. I agree Oregon has largely passed them (and USC too).
But that was a better job than Ole Miss, which is where Kiffin's toiling.
Part of Kiffin's draw is that he's doing it at Ole Miss, and people wonder what he'd be doing at a bigger school.
