10 years ago. I thought this country is all about giving second chance and not judge someone based on what he did 10 years ago. People can change and so can they get better. Would you rather people judge you based on who you were 10 years ago?

Can you justify him making bad time management decisions (Miles), arbitrary personnel decisions (Miles), and for not insuring there was an offensive Plan B (or just failing to pull the trigger on using it) vs Bama after two weeks of prep (Miles)?

That would be great if he had taken, say a MAC or AAC job and had legitimately worked his way back up the ladder to get the next chance. Instead, he won using backroom politics. Sadly, he did get it using the real American Way.
