I don't see how it gets hot if he keeps making the playoffs. I guess you could fire a playoff making coach?

He’s one of those coaches that can do just enough to keep his job. He sucks but there are those out there that suck a little more.

With a 12 team playoff, this is not enough anymore. The metric is now making the semi-finals.
