It's hot, that's for sure. The best avatars to respond with are funny ones, though. Hot chicks usually don't work, because... well... they're too hot to be funny.
Once, back when elleshoe had Kent Lowe (A member of LSU's sports information department, I want to say?) as his avatar, I not only responded to it, but made an image macro of it for him.

eh...Joe Kines probably deserves most of that credit but Bama will keep pissing on him and erect more statues of Saban

Saban needs to tell them both to write their best offers on a blank piece of paper and slide it across to him. Face down. It could be covered live by both SEC network and Longhorn network. Now thats reality tv.

Yes, hosted by Donald Trump, who gets to look at Mack first and say, "You're fired!"

Mack called his shot publicy on 2013 being the year. Anything else is a desparate man trying to hold on to his cush job.
Ash is maybe done so that leaves inexperienced swopes as the only hope. Which sorry to say swopes is no Vince young. Mack let brewer leave because of his allegiance to case McCoy.

Why would Kines deserve credit for that?
And why aren't you hell bent on him getting credit the other schools he coached at?

Sorry if already asked:
If Mack is out is it 80/20 that Saban goes?

Interesting. I just want it to be over. It's getting tiresome.
Agree with you Rabbit- it was all funny at first, but when days becomes weeks, enough is enough. UT needs to clear this up from their end quickly- this has got to look terrible for recruits and the team/coaches in general. As to Saban, he is sitting back knowing this will likely all result in more $$ for him. He is going to milk Bama, and I guess, why not? If they want him to stay, they will pay whatever it takes. Saban is the one who wins in the end.

Sure it is Peej. Their talent doesn't really compare to Alabama and they're all soft. At this point, it would be starting over

At times in the past sure, but I don't know at what age and after how much he'd keep loving it. Is the genuine will there to do it all over again, especially if any unforseen adversity comes up?

are we sure it's not 33% he stays?

The man left LSU 9 years ago. People change and evolve in a decade. It's time we stop acting like we know the man. He was at LSU for 5 years. He's been gone twice as long.

People don't change. He'll continue to love what he loves.
My theory is that his will to succeed is driven by an intense fear of failure. The problem now at Bama is with expectations. Saban goes 10-2 at Bama next year, it's a monumental failure. He wins 8 games at Texas next year, it's a success because they're expected to take time to adjust to him. That's precisely why he's admitted the building up of a team is more enjoyable than the maintaining. It's because of expectations.
Saban at Texas most likely enjoys success for at least the next 3 years just improving every year. Success at Bama would require him probably winning 2 more championships in the next 3 years. Expectations are just completely out of wack in Tuscaloosa right now.
