Rhule would be dumb to can Brady. I get it, he has to do something to save his own job but, Brady isn’t his issue. There’s someone called Sam Darnold whom Rhule traded multiple picks to get snd that is the root of their issues.

You really couldn't make a better hire.

Karma says yes to this hire.

Rhule hires away Brady and his departure to Carolina attracts Aranda to Baylor.

It’s only fitting that Rhule takes over LSU.

You guys have got to be more realistic about the resume of our hire we simply are never going to find the mythical coach who has won a national championship in the SEC and has never had a bad game or bad season and can recruit every 5 star in the country and has never had a single bad press clipping. We are never going to find that coach because he doesn’t exist. It’s amazing to me the lengths people will go to find some fault on potential hires

What am I missing? Career 47-43 college coach.

I think he would be a good hire, but not “oh my gosh, I can’t believe we got him”

If Rhule had his eyes on college ball again, wouldn't he just wait on Franklin to jump and then go back home to Penn St?

You wonder if that's why this is being floated now--he expect Franklin to leave.

The fact that he took shite teams and turned them around within 3 years to successful competent teams.

Aranda is still riding the wave that Rhule set.

Can't be said enough. Rhule pulled Baylor out of a scandal-ridden dumpster and made it a good job again.

And he also made the Tulane of Philadelphia, Temple, nationally-ranked AAC champions.

Lost PSu...wtf? Dude took over after Sandusky scandal decimated them and went 15-9 in 2 seasons. Way better than Mr 500 in conference Franklin did.

And he lost the Texans after he was made gm, who cares. The 2 years prior they were 11-5 &10-6. Who cares if the players hated him, they fricking won.

Nfl coach would have to pull a Petrino and leave mid season. Don’t see it happening.

Lou Holtz did it as well. When it's not working and/or not your thing and you have a big time college job offer, it's not that hard to do when the team is not a contender.

He went 7-5 in his last season… it’s not like he was this guy who was making them national contenders. Do you see his schemes as revolutionary? I don’t.
