He very rarely says anything will happen. He just gives us info, alot like memphisplaya does.

^^ This. Plus, he's called most of the staff changes that took place. It's amazing how so many people take what belowpar says as gospel. Things change, and he's closer to what's going on than 99% of the posters on this site.

I am just ready to listen to all the excuses to defend Miles when Crowton is retained.

I see this year just like last year this time. Les has been speaking with potential OCs on a very private basis or putting out feelers. If he can land one he likes, he'll make the switch. If he cant get one from the top of his list, he wont make a change for the sake of change itself.

That's what I am hearing too. I believe last year Alleva put the handcuff on Miles on paying a buyout with Crowton. I'm not sure how much that still will come into play this year.

How about making a change for the sake of getting rid of a guy who has had a triple digit rated offense the last 2 years

BelowPar's silence is making me nervous about the Meeechigan thing but then again I'm reading ALOT into it.

If I was him, I would keep silent. No need to rile up the rant.

IF crowton is miraculously allowed to keep his job after being in charge of a totally shitty and inept offense for the past 2 years, than that'll be 2 years in a row that the crowton situation has changed according to par.

inside info is about the same as a verbal commitment to play for lsu from jantzen jackson.

No need for BelowPar, the situation is this:

Les has and will continue to speak to a select few about their interest in OC at LSU. If those select few are not willing to take the job, then GC will be retained. Les will not change just for the sake of change.

That is all.
