I saw he was going on the On3 boards with smiling faces and not really saying much.
Had to take a few days off reading after hearing Sunday.

The only place anyone is being loud is on message boards. UF fans are being plenty loud on theirs, same for Ole Miss.

Pate is a typical self -important ego-maniacal podcaster who consistently lies to create audience; to make people think he is more connected than he actually is. He is your typical Coaching Changes "loser with sauces." The "wow" tweet was a lie meant to create audience for his evening show. Then he says he "talks to Lane every day" which is also an obvious lie to create the impression that he is more connected than he actually is. Does anyone really think that will all that Lane has going on and all he is trying to keep quiet that he is going to take time out of his day to talk to some minor member of the online media daily? No way. Lane is keeping everything close to the vest and is totally radio silent, which means he is not taking calls from members of the media. The only one who would talk in this situation is Sexton, to select people with select information. That's how this works: agents talk, coaches shut up.

What I was wondering. The On3 insiders seem to be sticking strong and thinking it leaks Saturday. Makes me nervous we're going to get the "Tom Herman to LSU" treatment again .

Yea lane hasn’t signed anything. It would be a bad look for the rest of the sexton clients if he did that and they hid it.
So if you don’t announce you get nervous players for no reason. You don’t really tilt LSU or stop them from having a back up plan. So it’s not like hiding this would hurt LSU and Florida

I’ve said from the very beginning that LSU letting this go until the weekend before signing day is a mistake. That goes for UF and Ole Miss too.
I’m assuming each school has contingency plans in place to move quickly when Lane announces because two of them are going to be left with their dick in their hand.
