Then tell your fat wife to quit eating and get busy. No one wants to see wrinkled clothes all over your trailer.

THIS. For years Auburn fans have condescendingly lectured Alabama fans about "family" and how we don't get that coaches at Auburn love.the school and job like family and that for this reason coaches don't leave Auburn like they do Alabama. No matter how much you guys want to think we're the fat nagging run down wife that had to bribe her husband to stay, Saban had a chance to leave for Kate Upton (Texas) and still chose to stay.

Given what has happened the previous two weeks, this entire week literally couldn't have gone better for Alabama fans even if you tried to script the perfect scenario. Saban stays for a seemingly lesser offer than Texas was offering and does it publicly in front of several recruits and simultaneously re-energizes a weary fanbase in the process. Auburn fans better hope the team takes advantage of the opportunity this year because we've regrouped and you're still going to have to deal with a pissed off juggernaut next year. If you don't beat FSU this year I don't see you getting through next year's road schedule gauntlet unscathed.

The same fanbase that was saying "If Saban does not want to stay, then frick him. We are Alabama" Those who had those feeling will re-energize their bitching when Saban loses the next game. Not a good year to break in a new QB.

The sweet irony of an Auburn fan talking about Nick Saban as if he was Bear Bryant. Now that was a marriage. Aside from a brief flirtation with the Miami Dolphins after 1969, Bryant never gave a thought to going anywhere else. And let's not forget that with Tuberville, you guys cheated on him first...with Petrino.

We're the stud QB and Saban is the hot cheerleader/homecoming queen. Doesn't affect our ego or cause one bit of insecurity just because every other guy wants her.

I did not mean to hit a sore spot with the bammers. Just trying to give you a history lesson on the dynamics of College Coaching in todays market. I am sure all is forgiven with the bammers, until he decides to go for it on fourth down inside the twenty again.

Your inferiority complex cannot be healthy.

ETA: But it's totally justified.
