Go pluck the current Edna Karr HC. Wouldn’t even have to be an onfield role. Problem solved.

Frank is a much better HS player evaluator than ball coach. See if he’d like to stay in that capacity. If not, no sweat, Kiffin is the draw. However, if we lose Frank then keeping Raymond is crucial for defensive recruiting.

Where are our 2026 high school running back commitments? What happened to the stud from Mandeville Nate Sheppard who led the country in freshman rushing yards? Why did we miss on his evaluation?

Never said he was still great recruiter. Only said he was better at evaluating HS talent than coaching.

Make him Director of Culture & Alumni relations.
Yes, let Frank keep the Football OP's facility clean to provide the proper "Culture and Atmosphere" for any visiting Alumni. (Football and Non-Football Alums) He'd be better as the Football OPs Sanitation Engineer than as the RB Coach. Seriously, he's no better than Kevin Faulk as a RB Coach. (His RB rotation is very poor and they have no clue how to find the OL crease quickly and explode through the opeining) NIL $$$$ Bags are the Primary Recruiters currently. "Used Car Salesmen" that can't coach waf are no longer needed.

Give it up man. He’s not irreplaceable. People have been fooled into thinking he’s more than he is.
