He is 23-12 in one score games at Minnesota. I like him if we can’t land kiffin. He isnt a prick like Kelly. His players love playing for him. He is overachieving at Minnesota with very limited resources. The fact that he has been there for a while is also a big plus for me. 6-3 this year with a freshman quarterback is a huge plus in my book. Row the beauxt!

There’s a reason he’s never made it farther than Minnesota… should stay there. Dude has massive bust written all over him at a major program. He’s been there since 2017 and no one has gone after him, and that should tell you all you need to know.

That’s not a bad job for him. He seems to fit there. He has had a decent run for that program.

He’s a much better candidate than many of the people mentioned on this board, but still hasnt earned the right to coach at LSU.

At the very end of the OSU game yesterday (I watched this morning from home so I heard) they said a name that I think has been exonerated,

Pat Fitzgerald. Hell of a coach who didn’t do anything wrong apparently and would be a great fit anywhere with what he did at northwestern

Absolutely not. I mean, row the pirogue does not inspire confidence.

And to top it off he is tied for the 4th in most wins as head coach at Minnesota. That means something. He may not be a flashy hire, but the dude finds ways to wins. He may get his arse kicked against the big dogs in that conference but that is an almost impossible task to beat them given his resources bring him down and he will win here
