I’m good with Dilly if Kiff stays put or goes elsewhere. I think LSU is in great shape with either of these 2.

There’s definitely risk with Kiffin. He lost 3 games with an all time(ole miss) roster last year including fricking Kentucky. He’d have much more talent here but there’s still risk with Lane.

Yep. Perfect

Well, I’d rather Lane at Florida than Ole Miss, at least.

Dilly + his QB1 at a talent rich program with resources will start the next big thing.

Absolutely considering $4-5M cheaper and a proven QB likely coming with him.

I don’t get this logic at all. Who cares what it costs? It’s not coming out of your pocket or mine. And if you spend the money and make a homerun hire, it pays for itself tenfold.

It’s more about the “built-in” motivations/incentives to work your arse off than the total annual cost.

After Kelly, it’s normal for people to be hesitant of a coach/contract that is a lottery ticket the day it’s signed.

It’s tough… yeah you want the best coach, but you also want a coach that’s gonna have the internal drive to continue to climb

I would take Dilly Dilly. Made can't throw Bo Nix into an NFL QB. Good offensive mind.

What makes any of you think he's even close to a Jay Johnson 2.0? Please provide evidence.

I’d rather Dilly than Lane straight up.

I’m leaning that way brother. Just listened to an interview with Dilly and I was ready to run thru a brick wall! Dude is gonna be successful wherever he is. I’d be happy as hell if he came here.

Dilly is an ASU die hard. He's not coming...he may come in 10 years but now..no way.

He ain't Kiffin at same age. My buddies in Scottsdale who are alumni say National media doesn't get how much he loves ASU and area.

Family Friends .. he wants to build. Like most 30 year olds who are successful, he still has that fire to try and make a difference in life.

He’d be a lackluster hire.

Uh huh, he’s either a homer or a coach. He’s been other places to coach. Don’t overthink it.
