Brian Kelly is going to want to start HIS own staff and not have 2019 over his head.

The only time Brady was an actual OC he didn't fair too hot.

From what I’ve read, he doesn’t like recruiting, that’s why he went back to the NFL. If he doesn’t like recruiting, we don’t want him!
