Don’t want to bring this negativity over to the RB but, I had to rant..
A&M?? It’s clear the only reason they’re going is so Jake Johnson can get paid. That’s the only reason Jimbo made this happen. Max is going to ride that fricking pine the rest of his career behind Haynes King and Weigmann.
This is such a bush league move on Max’s part. Finish the season with your team. I have no respect for that family. Bunch of AAU travel ball bullshite they’re pulling.

I'm sorry but Max Johnson just doesn't quite have the "it" factor. It showed in Tuscaloosa in the 4th quarter

They’re not kids anymore. They’ve advocated for open free agency and NIL deals. They’re 18+. They’re adults. Stop acting like they’re too young to face criticism.

Youre dead right. He's serviceable but not elite. He gets alot of credit for beating Florida in 2020 when truthfully, Florida lost that game more than Max being the sole reason for us winning.

They signed 2 other top 10 TE's along with Jake. They both chose a school that they're not even guaranteed to play at.

Maybe max doesn’t go to aTm. But, the guy held the QB position hostage when he knew he was leaving and it’s actually hurting us right now.
These are the exact situations that people oppose freedoms for players. There are right and wrong ways of doing things, Max took full advantage of his situation and left LSU without a QB. For every guy just looking for a opportunity to play, you have a guy like Johnson that started the majority of his opportunities and leaves before a bowl game. Can’t say I hope the best for him.
