TOOL working on 2002 Lateralus-era Live DVD, Danny Carey Says

Side note: I went to 4 shows from 2001-2002 in that tour and was blown away every night.

This would be a great release. This tour is probably my favorite of all of theirs. I'd love to relive it multiple times

I thought about calling you out Bread, yo man that trip was an all-timer for sure. I'll never forget Nate (RIP) showing me that Beck Loser EP on that trip which I still listen to this day.
We need to catch up bro, for sure. Let me know a way to contact you somehow.
I would love to relive these shows too, it makes sense bc we just hit the 20th anniversary of that album, but like you said, I wont hold my breath either. This project has been rumored since at least 2005 so I hope it's not just a typical Tool joke just to keep talking about it.
It does look like they are more active than usual now with that Opiate squared release (which was a weird release for Tool to do btw) so I have a bit of hope.

I used to have a pro-shot bootleg DVD from the OKC show that tour and it was bad arse. if they cleaned up the video and remixed the sound it would be an incredible release.
