ST. LOUIS — Police say prosecutors are refusing to file charges against the man police say tried to carjack two officers in a marked patrol car Saturday.
Police had sought charges of first-degree robbery, armed criminal action and resisting arrest against a 27-year-old man.
Evita Caldwell, a spokeswoman for the St. Louis Police Department, confirmed to the Post-Dispatch on Monday that prosecutors refused charges. She referred all additional questions to the circuit attorney's office.

About 3 a.m. Saturday, the two officers were driving to Chouteau Avenue and Seventh Street for a report of gunfire. The officers said a man stepped in front of their car on eastbound Chouteau near South Tucker Boulevard, then walked to the passenger side and pointed a gun at the officers.

Foreign influence and cash into local offices like a DA or Judge should raise a shite load of eye brows.
And if this person is ever not stupidly progressive, the Soros foundation will primary her for someone even more to the left. I can only conclude that their goal is to destroy America's cities.

That's different. Those people were being menacing unlike this young man who was just asking these officers to recognize their privilege

This is a graphic illustration of equity.

District Attorneys being weak on crime and hard on neighborhoods is a huge threat to the viability of American cities. If you think society has declined in the last 20 years, you haven't seen anything yet.
These are the same asshats that will claim that the criminal justice system is unfair due to class/race issues and use that in the justification for creating a revolving door for criminals. They are right that the justice system is unfair - it's unfair to the taxpayers and the decent people in those districts that are constantly dealing with increased crime and recidivism due to a elected officials refusing to do their fricking job.

Because he's black? I mean that's pretty much what it comes down to for these DAs.
white = find any way to prosecute
black = find any way to not prosecute

To even question her reasoning behind any decision she makes is racist

This is seriously how Democrats want to reduce black imprisonment. Not by helping black people, but my legitimizing dysfunction.

Yeah, they know they can't outright level the playing field by stealing people's money so they do this kind of shite in order to create "equity" via an anarcho-tyrannical state.
