Well yes, but we beat Mexico in three different things last year.
Basically Nations League is just another Gold Cup, but instead of playing the whole tournament in one month, it's broken up over a year. Like a shitty international champions league.

So the US will have 2 byes, 2 matches against El Salvador, and 2 matches against Grenada.

We're reportedly scheduling friendlies with Argentina and Uruguay during the June window as well.
But yeah, it's dumb as hell that we're playing Nations League matches in a world cup year.
