The first 10,000 days on Mars - Youtube
The video definitely purposes so... but it's obviously pretty optimistic.
However, I would have to SpaceX is moving right along for sure.

No
Mars has no magnetosphere. Anyone there would have their cells shredded by radiation unless they lived underground like moles.
There is nothing that humans can do to Earth to make Mars a better option.

I don't understand Elon fanboys.

I don’t see why not
He’s already established colonies in the minds of a bunch of twitter losers

You know he owns the Boring Company.

Say what you will about Elon Musk but with his new plan to bring people to Mars nobody is a more creative serial killer.

No, because the amount it would take to fund it is only the 1st problem.

As soon as the politicians figure out how to bleed him dry he will live in a van down by the border.

Prufrock is designed to tunnel at a speed greater than 1 mile per week, which is 6 times faster than The Boring Company's previous generation TBM (Godot+). This is still 4-5 times slower than a garden snail...but Prufrock is catching up!

1960s sci-fi. It’s great for Saturday afternoon. Not so much for posting.

They won't even let him have Twitter, do you really think they'll give him a whole damn planet when it is all said and done?

I hope he turns out to be a Bond villain.

I mean, a mile of tunnel that big in a week isn't really anything to laugh about.

He may, but he's going to frick around and accidentally become King of the USA first.

Don’t underestimate the stupidity of humans.

It is when you're falling wildly short of that figure... on top of being smaller diameter tunnels than your competitors. His boring company sucks compared to space x or tesla. I was actually trying to find the weight of the machine when i saw that was their description on their page. I'm pretty curious how much power could be generated on Mars to actually run it vs what it requires.

Correct me if I am wrong, but no human being has been beyond low earth orbit since 1972.
