Trent Vietmeier spitting

Currently watching the LSU vs Tennessee baseball game. SEC network continues to show close ups on Vietmeier’s wind up. Each time he winds up he spits 3-5 times, maybe 6 if the he can last that long. I sat there and tried to mimic the amount of times he spit and could not get to a second wind up. Does anyone know if what he is doing is humanly possible?

He can spit all he wants IF he is going to roll 0s vs a squad like TENN for 3.1 IP. Need to see more of the same from our pitching staff.

Somewhat under the radar because of the loss, but Viet has an incredible outing yesterday. 3.1 innings and was perfect. No hits no walks. From one old man to another
