Nice....however I got you beat. I have a set of Colt 1776-1976 Bicentennial which includes the Python and the Army Single Action....with matching serial numbers. Only shoot them on Flag day or 4th of July. All thirteen colonies engraved on the guns. There was also a Dragoon that went in the set but I was not able to acquire it. You have a really nice find on your hands.

I inherited a '79 Trooper MK III from my Dad.

Nice gun, in great condition. I have a Colt Trooper Mark lll, chrome in .357. I’m not nearly as good shooting a pistol as I am shooting a rifle but that Trooper pistol is the best shooting one of the 8 I’ve owned, it was originally a police issue and I bought it from the guy that bought it from a cop.
