He can't unseal it, it's a judge ruling. The judge could say no, though that would be pretty crazy.

If the receipt list is a bunch of stuff that Trump stole, then the affidavit is less important. Not unsealing the affidavit basically says that the criminal case is ongoing.
Trump still has the right to object to the unsealing of the receipt list and warrant. Let's see what he does.
