I watched an episode of The Behavior Panel where the body language guys analyzed an interview with Burke.
They all agreed he didn't do it.

Sean Stone has been on Watching the Hawks for a while, and is very sharp. He was also a consultant and contributor on Jesse Ventura's old show Conspiracy Theory, which was excellent. Ventura outclassed everyone he ever interviewed on that thing, and took the position of a skeptic.
If Sean Stone has done his homework, this series is probably worth watching.
