Ok,
I may be a little biased about Freddie Couples swing, but he shot a smooth 60 today to win the SAS Championship.
Beat his age by 3 shots.
Another neat thing is he picked Steve Fleish's son to be his caddie.
Nice payday for the young man.

Not surprised to see the downvotes, I wouldnt expect anyone on this board to know what a perfect swing looks like.

Freddy absolutely has the smoothest most effortless swing in the history of golf. Louie O is second.

All time I prefer the Slammer and Payne

I’ve always wondered 2 things:
1. How did he hurt his back with a smooth swing like that?
2. How did he only win one major when Daly, Zach Johnson, and many others have 2 or 3?

I'm not either, but for different reasons...

I agree.
And I would also include Els and Steve Elkington as well.

Freddie has had some tough luck in that area.
His first wife Jumped off a building and committed suicide.
His second wife died from Cancer.

I've always been a fan of Tom Purtzer's swing. He didn't win much but I think that is an indictment of his total game but... effortless powerful and smooth

Tiger would disagree.

Lot of guys do that and win more than one major.
He just seemed to not be a killer in majors.
Won the Masters, but I thought he’d have a multi-major career.
Els won multiple majors.
I thought “Freddie” would be equal to Faldo or Seve in major total, but it did not happen for him.
Lee Janzen won 2. Mark O’meara won 2. Sandy Lyle. Bernhard Langer. Olazabel. The Duck.
Payne Stewart- multiple.
Freddie and Tom Weiskof (sp) are the 2 players that standout as far as 1 major being a little disappointing.
