The chances of having your Challenger stolen in Jackson, MS are much higher than in Southlake, TX, hence the disparity in insurance rates for the same vehicle.

Insurance is based more on credit score, number of claims, and proximity to fire departments more than any other factors. I’ve seen 4 different black families use one policy and named insured for 10 years before they were caught. They frick the insurance company way worse than the insurance company treats them.
