Knowing we have a generational talent who can't play because hes fat. A solid roster with a player coach over his head.A GM who needs to pull the trigger and ship fat arse out this Summer (someone will take him for potential.) Knowing we will get .50 on the dollar for said fat arse.

The sad thing is that it is not hard to lose weight. Intermittent fasting during lent has caused me to drop 20 lbs, and I am a 40 year old who doesn't do a lot of exercise. Give me 30 mil and a trainer and I would look like a Super Hero

What team is going to be stupid enough to trade for a player with a major cervical disc problem issue that likely requires surgery?

What is this stupid shite about him being fat. Is that the only thing some of you trolls can whine about? He has a hamstring injury. He was in phenomenal shape, yet you make crap up to feed your miserable mind.

That was last year’s argument, bruv. Zion was in excellent shape this season. He’s just injury prone.

Speculate on all possibilities, but that so many posters think they know for a fact exactly what is happening because they made it up out of nowhere is definitely annoying.

hardest part
when zion laughed at cj down on the floor stretching.
I gave up on him on that news.
i realize that morant may never be top tier but he's 2nd tier and improving.
zion still has the bigger ceiling but what are the odds he hits it?
morant may yet earn a start in all stars. he got to start this year because the better guard was out.
right now I take morant.
lower ceiling. way way higher floor.
its a reasonable thing to suppose he continues to learn more shooting.
he went from awful 3 pt to ok.
he went from no mid range shot to pretty good. his form is more traditional now.
inside he went from darn good to special.
I expected more assists.
now and then he hits a triple double. I didn't expect him to rebound but he is.
it bothers me that some day zion will also learn to shoot but on another team.
aau story. morant says that when he and zion were on a high school age south Carolina aau team their play consisted entirely of morant setting zion up for a dunk.
neither of them needed to know how to shoot. morant so fast. zion so powerful.

Agreed. I do intermittent fasting (aka time restricted eating) daily and am near my ideal weight and body fat percentage. It's "easy" to lose body fat and weight. It's not rocket science, but it does require some commitment.
Also, ironically, eating good animal based fats does not cause weight gain. What causes weight gain is excessive amounts of carbs and sugars, especially in processed foods.
Zion could easily lose weight on a keto, carnivore or "ketovore" diet. Do a search on a search engine or on YouTube for these diets. There are hundreds of thousands of testimonials of people that have lost enormous amounts of weight on these diets. Bonus: the foods on these diets are healthy and there are also gazillions of testimonials from people who have had complete remissions of their chronic diseases.
I am not just speculating about the above statements. I have had personal experience with the diets mentioned. My body weight is normal and I have had a remission of a chronic disease.
There is no magic pill to solve all your weight/health problems. You have to take personal responsibilty for your own weight and health, by eating properly and staying physically active. Full stop.
