A bit expensive...but I converted wife's and I trip to France into a book.
We used Mixbook and was drag and drop with many options on pics, layouts, etc.
She loved it.

Not sure if you want to wait this long, but we use some website that had a half off thanksgiving sale, they always turn out great.

I use Mixbook for all of my travel books. Very easy to use. And there’s always coupon codes you can use that make them affordable.

Shutterfly's system of making books is hard af to learn. I spent an entire weekend last year making a 10 page vacation book for me.

We use Picaboo. Very satisfied with their software and product quality.
