curious as to what you’ll be doing for three nights in Malibu. I’ve been thru there twice (LA to Ventura) and we didn’t see much to stop and do in Malibu

Obviously the beach, and we ate at Neptune’s net which was pretty good

Drive PCH and just south of newport stop at the crystal cove shake shack for an average milkshake and amazinf view.

Treasure Island beach/public walking paths in front of the montage in Laguna Beach are really cool.

For lunch or dinner, driftwood or the deck in laguna beach.

Stop by the san clemente pizza port (my favorite of their locations)

Hapa j's in san clemente for the hawaiian pork loaded fries (man fries).

The seals and sea lions at la jolla will be worth seeing/smelling/watching (amazed more tourists don't get mauled).

Watch surfers at huntington beach, san clemente pier, or san onofre beach (trestles specifically, though it is more of an inconvenient walk).

Go to the san diego zoo safari park in escondido. It has an awesome walking area where there are no fences between you and the kangaroos/wallabies.

Salt creek beach in dana point.

For happy hour and sunset, 180 blu at the ritz in laguna/dana point. It likely won't be convenient for you, but it has an awesome sunset.
