The last Facebook argument I ever got in was during COVID when some fraternity brothers' wife (a nurse) was mocking ivermectin and re-sharing the CDC's "y'all" bullshite. I literally have not logged back into Facebook since that argument.

I've had a few traveling nurses stay with me as I switch careers and they are great and hardworking, but so fricking defensive about COVID stuff and they totally buy all the published hype.
Thankfully the ones who stayed with me were able to joke around (i.e. "What did Rogan talk about this week?" said sarcastically). It's the fundamentalist ones that are so unbearable - the ones with inflated self importance and no sense of humour.
BTW during the last 2.5 years traveling nurses were making more money than surgeons if they picked the most lucrative markets. It's returning halfway to normalcy now, but what a run they had.

I am vehemently opposed to the ideology pushed by FB/IG/Meta, and I refused to use the platforms for a very long time, but I came around.
Now, I use them all the time just to post facts in response to the indoctrinated drones and NPCs that post brainwashed propaganda and talking points.
Use the weapon of the enemy, against the enemy. This is the way. What's the worst they can do? Put you in timeout? You don't have to worry about being added to another watch list because you post here on tPT, so I guarantee there's not a watch list out there that you're not already on.
