I Went to Garth Brooks show last night.

The show was good. They had plenty of empty seats in upper deck. Traffic was horrible leaving. NOPD probably down to 600 officers now. Baton Rouge show was much better.

I wasn't at the show but I got stuck in that traffic. Looks like there was a wreck on the interstate just past the Claiborne on ramp that closed the two left lanes. It was smooth sailing past that.

Crowd was pretty big, but this is the Superdome. Empty seats were in the upper section furthest from the stage.
That was the day when we all found out Jimmy Buffett died. While the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band paid him a nice tribute between songs, that bastard Garth Brooks didn't even mention him.
Definitely lost some respect for him there.

He played 11 more songs in Baton Rouge last year and didn't do much of an encore in the Superdome. It felt like he was pissed off about all of the empty seats.
