In a G3 regional, I'll gladly take 2-innings from Hurd though.

Someone has to start a third game at some point. Strike throwing Hurd is hard to come by, but he’s great if he shows up.
He had 3 hits, 2 of which were soft as hell.
The walks are just brutal.

He wasn’t bad actually. He started one inning pretty terrible but starting hitting his spot on the money. Not saying he’s amazing or anything, but he actually wasn’t too bad and I can think of worse things happening

Let the coach worry about it. Hurd can be valuable if he saves our pen a few innings

You're right Hurd looked promising he is just his own worst enemy.

I still believe. If he had got past that inning, i believe he would have shout them down for another 3 innings. He will be the difference for us, he is the only one who has the capability.
