I’m mid 60’s and take Blood Pressure medicine.

Is this a viable supplement option…..or another flavor of the month? Any experiences out there? Also claims of better blood flow south of the border.

These are the two most studied and reliable. I'd only add that they aren't miracle drugs. They'll help with vasodialation, but it is going to vary person to person on how much and how noticeable.

As with most supplements, it's best to think of them as an extra 2-3% when 90% is diet, exercise and recovery.
