Did Father’s Day a day early since my son has to be back at camp for 12:00 tomorrow. Smoked Ribs & chicken breast, cole slaw, asparagus and Sam’s Club’s finest Au Gratins- they were damn delicious, along with the rest of it! Washed down with a nice glass of spiked sweet tea with the juiciest lime I’be ever squeezed.

Cooked a pot of beans, made rice, baked some chicken and sliced home grown tomatoes bought from a roadside stand. :)

My boys wanted boiled seafood. We boiled a dozen a half #1 blues, 3#s of 16-20s, potatoes, and corn. 4Junior meticulously raked the crab shells for his meat. 4cubed was a bull in a China cabinet needing more meat.
It’s been the most enjoyable afternoon I can remember teaching, watching, reinforcing, and letting them be them. Memories made.
