I don't know why it took me so long to get around to it. It's a masterclass in story telling and puts the city of Baltimore up as the star. Only beef was watching Littlefinger as the mayor (who was just okay).
My Top 5 of all time:
1. The Sopranos
2. Breaking Bad
3. Better Call Saul
4. The Wire
5. Mad Men

The wire is a classic. But Entourage needs to be in that top 5 also.

I rewatched The Wire a few months back and I really enjoyed a lot of the interactions with Tommy and Norman.
Those 2 had some awesome scenes together from his campaign all the way through the finale.

Still the GOAT series for me. Haven't seen another one reach its level yet.
And upon rewatches, S5 is actually pretty damn good outside of the one main dumb plot.

One of my complaints about GOT's is watching the mayor play Littlefinger (who was just okay). He was great as Tommy Carcetti.

Just finished a 3rd rewatch and it’s just as good if not better. “The street” is like a main character in this show. Loaded with well-portrayed antiheroes and assholes. Jimmy going off the rails is so classic.

Even I don't believe this.

Six Feet Under should be in the top 10
IMO, this show had the best ending.

Never finished season 5... The McNulty storyline started to bore me.
