Just pulled a muscle in my back bending over to wash my face

Now in excruciating pain. For you baws in your late 50’s make sure you do everything with slow movements. Just bending down to tie your shoes can lay you up for a week.

I say this a lot and truly mean it, but seated goodmornings changed my life. If you have back pain, I cant recommend them enough.

To avoid this at 62 (and being tall), I stretch nearly every day. It only takes me about 10 minutes, but makes a world of difference for me.

I do the Peloton every Tuesday-Friday morning before work for about 45 minutes. Hike 6 miles Sat-Monday and try to stretch everyday. Haven’t done much of anything with weights for about a year. It’s almost always issues either under the left or right shoulder blade. I’m sure yoga would do wonders for me but I have to find the discipline to do it regularly.

Dude. I am an old rocking chair…..both bad shoulders, both knees fricked, degenerative disk disease since 20s, etc.
Dropping weight helped but frick. 50s, when you do everything right and shite still breaks.
