He wants Saquon in return I’ll get James Cook, Scary Terry, and Purdy. Why wouldn’t I do this? My qb is Dak btw.

Need league settings, number of teams, and your current roster
I could easily see a scenario where you're downgrading your starting lineup for bench pieces that may or may not matter. Like Purdy is a borderline player to even roster in 10-12 team 1 QB leagues.

I like it. But I also think saquon is more toast than a lot of people.

There is a ton of depth this year it seems. Therefore, I want the best player in a trade.
I would need to see your roster to know for sure, but I would hate to get rid of Saquon. Whom would you cut? Even in a 3 for 1, you're still giving up something for those extra 2 guys.
ETA: just saw your roster:
starting lineup goes from Dak, Saquon, A Jones, AJ, Drake, London, Evans to Dak, Cook, A Jones, AJ, Drake, London, Evans
You basically just replace Saquon with Cook in the starting lineup and gain Terry as depth. No thanks. In a 10 teamer, there will be plenty of depth on the waiver wire.
In a 10 team league, never take quantity over quality unless your team is complete garbage in which case you're already screwed.

You are trading one of your top picks for a few average middle of the road guys. I would say no. You already have a better qb in dak and better receivers
