So , in a tech idiot.

I looked on YouTube tvs website, put in area code (walker , 70785) and it didn’t show ABC or NBC… this can’t be right, can it?

Also - would I just search for the YouTuberv app on my smart tv, and sign in from there?

Thanks!

No clue for your local channels, but yes to your app question.

I just searched your area code. ABC and NBC are under the local channel tab so you will get them as well as CBS and Fox

They may not be listed as ABC or NBC by maybe by the station's call letters (like WBRZ for ABC).

Works fine for me in Old Jefferson. Local stations are the first one listed in the "live" guide.

Yes. There should be a standalone YoutubeTV app that is separate from the regular YouTube app.

Yep… super easy to figure out, and as stated, I’m an idiot when it comes to tech.

Easy to get
App on my phone and watch as well.

So what is the downside to YouTube tv??

None really. The price keeps creeping up but the service is top notch.

I like that you can completely customize the guide.

And the sports multiview is awesome. You can add the entire Sunday ticket package or if you just want Redzone you can add the sports add on for $10 a month then cancel after the season.

Is the 4k option ($10/mth I think), worth it..?

What do you get?

I don’t have it, but I don’t see the value.

Other than high profile sporting events there’s not much broadcast in 4K

Sucks… but worth it I guess.

Save about $30/mth…

Unlimited streams as opposed to 4, plus you can download DVR'd content to watch offline.
