Start/sit QBs for week One

I currently have 3 QBs on the roster in a 10 team PPR league:
Jayden Daniels (vs TB)
Aaron Rodgers (vs SF)
Justin Herbert (vs LV)
My gut says that I should start Herbert this week, but he’s currently questionable. This is Harbaugh’s first season in L.A., Harbaugh favors a run first offense, snd the Chargers lack quality WR’s. On the flip side, I feel like Daniels is in a more conducive system, but facing a much less forgiving defense. Rodgers is a mystery since he’s barely played in 2 years, plus he’s playing the 9’rs.
Should I stick with my gut or do y’all have justification for why I should start someone else?

Herbert if he’s not hurt (he won’t be).
Jayden as the backup option. He’s gonna sling that shite all over Tampa’s terrible CB situation.
Rodgers as a distant third. To your point, he’s crippled and playing a great defense. He’s my backup (behind Lamar) only because I got him in the last round, but I fully expect to be QB shopping by week 5-6.

I'd go with Daniels. All 3 seem like mediocre options so I'd go for the guy with the highest ceiling.
I like SF to stifle NYJ, especially at home

Herbert is the safest
Daniels has the most upside
I wouldn't start Rodgers in that matchup

I'd start Daniels. The game is probably going to be moving FAST for him right out of the gate, which means he's likely to use his legs a lot

I’d start Daniels. Sounds like more fun.
Then I’d drop Rodgers.
