Bent's RV service department issue

Warranty expired on 8/20. Dropped it off for service on 8/6 bc that's the earliest they could take me when I tried to bring it in. They completed inspection on 8/12. In the meantime, they lost my paperwork (per Bent's which they told me on the 24th). On 8/20, they submitted my claims but ran in to trouble with the warranty company's site. Tried to call but was disconnected (per the warranty company's files) and never tried to call again however they did find that I was denied bc it was after the 20th. The strange part is one thing was covered by the warranty which makes no sense bc they didn't try to submit anything until the 20th.
So now Bent's tells me I'm shite out of luck per the service advisor. I'm waiting for a call from the manager on Monday. They have had my RV since 8/6. It's now 9/14.
Do I have any legal action I could take? I feel like the warranty company should honor anything that falls under the warranty since I dropped it off 14 days before the warranty expired. It's Bent's responsibility to turn in issues sooner than the 20th since inspection was completed on the 12th.
I have texts, screenshots of Bent's service computer of my work order, and recorded conversations.

I think Bents was bought out by Camping World. Go online and Google complaints on Camping World. They are a shifty company.

Had work done on my 2016 Avalanche. Took it to a place in Ball. It took forever.

Depending on the dollar amount, I might just meet the manager there on Monday if I were you.
That's some bs.

My dad had issues with Bents and it took a lawyer (family friend) to get his situation finalized in his favor.

I bought a camper from them a year or so ago and I didn’t get a warm and fuzzy feeling throughout the process. It was a used camper that we really wanted so I had to suck it up and get through. I wouldn’t feel comfortable using their service department

It’s been my experience that you’re better off doing any repairs/upgrades yourself.

We have the same experience!

Was supposed to hear from the service manager around 1230. No call. Left a message.
My RV ac went out the day before we were to leave for grand isle for July 4. I called one of the mobile repairman. Charged me $140 site visit. Replaced the ac through the warranty company. He was in and out in 2 hours. If I had known this mess, I'd had just gotten him to come back and made all the repairs in my driveway.

One of my favorite stories. We bought an RV and had no clue what we were getting into. First LSU weekend we take it down to the generator drains the chassis batteries down to nothing (inherent flaw in design where it didn't charge them, but ran off of them). Called mobile service but a great guy in the vet med lot can see the trouble we are having. He pulls up, ask if he can help and I tell him the starting batteries are dead. He then opens one of the bottom doors and it looks like he has a Snap-On dealership in there. He goes on to explain to me what it takes to maintain an RV! He was right.
