Going to re purpose leftover smoked meatloaf. Thinking a chinese type sauce with kimchi and rice. Would add broccoli but it went bad. Hate tossing food!

I wanted some lighter things for the week so I made bruschetta and chicken salad.

Had some of each.

Mini ice cream sandwich for dessert.
