Work places having “strategy meetings” today.

Most of the employees at my work are African American females and they have requested a meeting this afternoon to discuss how we will cope with the results of the election. Is anyone else having this at work? Also would it be inappropriate if I went out to my truck and wore my MAGA hat to the meeting?

Yes, I expect that meeting is already ongoing at my employer and we'll see the results of it via email sometime before the day is out. The email that HR sent out early last week re: people feeling anxiety over the election was one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen.
I'll just laugh my arse off and shake my head a bit when it hits my inbox, then go about making money for both myself and the company like I've done for 21 years.
