Honestly probably depends on the setting if it’s anywhere near a tomb in some remote jungle Borne might be fricked. But in a city, nah Jason has it

Seriously though, the OG video game Lara was a video game protagonist, so I presume she's winning that fight because, well... video games.
In any version where Lara is more akin to real life, Bourne wins. She's a treasure hunter, he's a absurdly well-trained specialist.
Honestly, regardless of gender, I'm taking the military-trained SpecOps over someone with no military training whatsoever (even if they are still very skilled). Bourne is like every special forces group combined.
That being said... they wouldn't fight. They'd eventually figure out they're both on the same side and completely frick up whomever the real antagonist is.

Based on what, exactly? She's durable, sure, when it come to climbing cliff walls or swinging on ropes. But in a fight??
Her vs Black Widow would be a better match, imo.
