Blondie(sorry, no pics) made absolutely delicious enchiladas tonight, sweet potato & black bean with really lean ground meat. Corn tortillas, red enchilada sauce, some grated cheeses, browned in the oven. DEELISH!

Cheesy Enchilada Hamburger helper.
Added a can of rotel and a can of chipole peppers in adobe sauce in it all.

Grilled burgers and deep fried some steak fries and poured brown gravy over them. Was craving fries and gravy. I like it a lot.
