“Iran has the pieces, and they could eventually put them together one day,” Grossi told the French newspaper Le Monde. Amid talks of a potential deal over Iran’s nuclear program, Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), warned on Wednesday that the country is “not far” from a nuclear bomb. “Iran has the pieces, and they could eventually put them together one day,” Grossi told the French newspaper Le Monde.
Bomb, bomb, and more bomb.

Now will it work is the question

so we need to send American boys to an episode of middle eastern forever war and slice up a few thousand brown babies?

Which has been on the brink longer:
-global collapse due to climate change
or
-Iran building a nuclear bomb?

Would you rather they throw nukes around the globe?

A lot of bravado, false or otherwise, gets flung around in here.

How stupid of a people are they that it's taken them this long to make a nuclear bomb?

“Isolationist” should be changed to “diaper wearer”
National defense includes preventing Radical Muslims, who refer to our country as “Great Satan” and hold death to America rallies, from having nuclear bombs
And we wouldn’t even have to fight this other than a few bombing runs, Israel would do the bulk of the fighting

They don’t. Israel would have launched on them, they have Iran’s supply chains completely compromised - hence the pagers

Is an ongoing meme a good reason to attempt genocide?
There is a word label for such a thing.

So it's the ever near "one day".

This article is from 1995. The Iran fearmongering is the boy who cried wolf on steroids.

They’ve been not far for 40 years.

What a crock of shite.
And you chuds act like Israel-or any country for that matter - is going to waltz into downtown Tehran unopposed and with little to no escalation in casualties, thereby not requiring American support. The Iranians aren't some back seat bitch who can be swatted down like a fly. Some of you are still under the illusion that all out war can be fought and won from the skies and the skies only.
And so, in the event that you get what you want (i.e., more world policing and MIC enrichment), and it comes to such blows that, inevitably, American boots are on the ground, who do you recommend to send their sons as blood sacrifice for Israel? Somebody's got to go, whose son should die for your "national defense"?
But hey, at least we'll get some feel good Alan Jackson merica frick yeah songs out of the deal and a couple trillion more in debt.
I'll hang up and listen.

Once they produce them, it’s game over. Our borders are porous. They can have them placed in all our cities and we wouldn’t know anything.

Who cares? There are worse countries than Iran that have the nuke, like Pakistan and North Korea.
Oh, that's right...Israel cares.
What would happen if Iran dropped a nuke on Israel?

I agree. However, this is news Tulsi Gabbard. She inexplicably testified that she believed they were not close.
