Haven’t seen this posted anywhere and just thought it would be interesting to revisit later: thoughts?

I'm sorry if we can't keep 1 of the 5 star in state QBs it's going to be a massive disappointment

Although the Haven to UF predictions don't mean much from what I was told

After his junior year Colton might end up being a 5 star. He is very close to being a 5 star now.

IMO, Peyton Houston will be a better college QB than Nuss or Haven.

There is no doubt about it. Jesuit was already having issues with a "handler" type.

You can't make kids go to LSU. We don't have a clue what the $ numbers look like, we don't know if either Houston or Haven have legit interest in us(neither ever mention us in interviews unless asked specifically), we don't know which kid is gonna boom and which will bust(we all remember the last LA hope Walker Howard dont we). They're only HS Jr's. I'm much more interested in the right guy than where's he's from or where he's ranked. Last time LSU won a title with a LA based starting qb was 1958. Haven't had much success with any in the modern era. Maybe it's a blessing if we miss on both. I have sincere doubts in either being very good in college. I predict lots of movement from both. Definitely wouldn't see it as a failure to miss on both if we choose another guy altogether. They call that passing not missing. Just get the guy they want whomever that may be. Questions about Sloan, who may not be here, have to be answered first.

I’m a little nervous with Forstall going to IMG but I’m always worried about recruiting, that’s why I love it.
I believe it hurt us pretty bad to lose Womack imo he’s a dude. On the other hand Shaklin & Forstall coming off the edge is going to be a problem for the SEC. We do need to get Forstall.

There is only 1 5* QB in state and only by 2 services
Rivals (On3) has him ranked 6th best QB

Also 247 and Rivals both have Colton in front of Houston
