Got a 5 lb. chuck roast in the crock pot cooking down in a rich onion/mushroom brown gravy. I'll make mashed potatoes, warm up some peas and toss some Texas Toast in the oven to round things out.

Smoking some ribs wings and queso on the pit boss today and drinking beer. First weekend off in a while and I’m enjoying every second of it so far

Butts were 97¢lb so I have one on the smoker. Pulled pork tacos later.
Decided to go sober for the month of August. It’s been pretty eye opening. I’ll probably drink again but not nearly as much as I have been.
I started to get a little too dependent on it.
