Threw six big ole chicken legs in a brine, this morning. Fried them with some fries and cheese sticks, had slaw and marinara. Might not be the best fried chicken my wife ever had but it was the best she had today! :)

Sort of smothered pork sirloin. Used the Hunting Camp Grillades recipe from the TD cookbook, but substituted the pork for the beef/veal. Over rice.
Sauteed yellow & zucchini, Chinese eggplant, red bell pepper, onions
