Of course they're starting with Cena in Massachusetts...
And if you wonder how much TKO sold out to the neck choppers for:

Why is Alisha Taylor trying to look like Reggie from the nutty Professor?

Word is that the Saudis are also looking to break the bank to bring in all the old stars. Expect Rock, Austin, and Undertaker to all have matches on the show. Supposedly they would be getting $10 million+ paydays for one show.
Also, Andrade has been released for multiple wellness policy violations and just being a grumpy bitch in general.

I'll honestly be more than a little irritated if Undertaker and Michaels are actually working in a match (same match or both separate matches). Their careers were hard closed in story lines.
One of the things that makes Mania special is it is the culmination of storylines that have been developed for months, sometimes a year. Hijacking just to make it a spectacle of random names for $$$ is just shitting on the fans. God knows I love womens' matches in fricking burkas.
This is kind of TKOs shtick now adays though.

Goodness gracious she is quite a PRODIGY

I'm really surprised the Saudis haven't bought a stake or even majority control of the company by now

I'm just confused why they rehired him to start with, the dude has been a problem at all stops

I don't see either of them actually having a match. I'd say taker more likely than Shawn but who knows

they've already established an office there

I really don't see Shawn coming back as anything other than a role like SCSA at this year's Wrestlemania. Mark Callaway has recently said that he merely retired the hat and coat character. So I wonder how they'd received an "American Badass" on a hog.

This version of the Bayley character came out DOA. If they want to go full on NXT Bayley, they need to go all in with the inflatables and extensions in a naturally colored ponytail.

HBK has said he's done but he may change his mind when sees how many zeros are on that check. The Saudis don't care abut match quality or money so I would expect several broken down old timers in high level matches. There's already rumors of Rock vs Roman in one of the main events.
The real issue is how will the full time talent feel when they're losing their WM spot to someone like Undertaker or Goldberg who can barely walk and don't have the stamina to even go 5 minutes.

I haven't watched real closely but I don't think that's where they are going with this, I think the idea is that she's lost it and is all over the place which will lead to some sort of new developments for her character not a rehash of the hugger

This has been going on for 15 years now. It's a non issue, they'll live with it just like they have been

And if you really care about the direction of WWE...
just know a higher up in TKO criticized VKM for keeping ticket prices affordable for families and didn't take full advantage of WWE's popularity
Regular people really are about to get priced out of going to see WWE live

quote:I got the feeling that it was her hearing the hugger on one side and Ding Dong bitchy on the other. WWE writing this year has been nearly as bad as the usual garbage on Wednesdays so I have very little faith in this angle going down as well as it should.

It’s amazing the shite that people become okay with when they’re staring down obscene amounts of money

These two remind me of the SNL "Two Assholes" skit.

WWE is being used to pay off a lot of Endeavor’s debt accrued via UFC. COVID apparently fricked them severely and without the merger with WWE they would have been fricked.
