I have purchased W11, Office 365 and Microsoft Project via Groupon for almost nothing. Is this a scam? Things that are too good to be true usually are.

Cost me $10 to upgrade from Windows Home to Pro. No issues.

I got one of the Office ones and it wouldn't work. My company has a discount code, so I used that. Even losing the $20 from the Groupon crap, I still paid way less for Office than what MS charges.

I would say it's a scam since it can be done freely using the same pro license keys (via online KMS)

Same here, from a French company via Groupon, but it was $11.

It’s legit. Mostly you’re getting leftover bulk OEM licenses. There may be some fine print in there saying they aren’t supposed to do that but MS doesn’t care about home users.

You really don’t need to license windows at all if you don’t mind the watermark and maybe lose a couple visual customization options.

So windows did an updated over the weekend. I tried to open office and it said that the holder of the license had too many users or something and a msg about counterfeit software. It's busted and looks like I got ripped off...

But for the 2 months it was great.

I would reach out to the seller to see if they will send you another key. Unless the whole thing is about to get the kibosh, sellers are going to have a vested interested in minimizing panic over this sort of thing.

True. Also noteworthy that a windows license for $10-15 bucks is a very reasonable price. This is in line with what OEMs actually pay for most machines. Bussiness class machines are more due to driver certification.

Office license for $10-15 is another thing entirely because this is a price that is simply not available in the USA via any official channel that I could imagine. It almost has to at least be foreign or some other scheme.
