Fundamentally these men need to be permanently removed from society before they strike.
Stabbed 40 times.
After they strike they should be removed from life.
Bus, train, grocery store parking lot, book store...
Good people going about their lives.

We have entered into a new era of crime in this country, boys. The experts in the past would have said this must have been a crime of passion, that the murderer must have known the lady to have built up that much hate for her.

When that young lady got killed on Charlotte mass transit, some people said: Why would you put yourself in that position of riding on public transit?

I heard they want to let him "sleep" out his sentence where he is only incarcarted for 4 months but in a coma where it feels like an eternity

Federal three strikes laws are the way to go. Murders are usually preceded by a life of violent crime.

Would have saved many. In Chicago, there has been a rash of “punchers” - men with mile long rap sheets randomly knocking out predominantly women. Over and over. There’s been 3 arrested in the last month or so, for causing to much damage
It’s not hard to not commit crimes. 3 strike policy, of hang em after 3, would work well. Why do we *need* to try and rehabilitate people who have expressed they don’t give a shite about the law?

Truth, its a liberal pretense that its a kindness to not incarcerate these people long before they start stabbing random strangers.
The safest place for them to be for themselves and others is in prison.
Long term drug use and gradual acclimation to continued violent crime will never end well.
