In a meaningless game maybe you say that. If it’s the playoffs, and that call was for the saints and would put them in the Super Bowl. You wouldn’t say a word.

To be fair it wasn’t a play to draw the flag, the WR was wide open and the DB panicked. Defense has to cover better.

Automatic first on def holding too. Rules favor offense too much. Balance it out with off holding 10 yards and loss of down or something on offense

This particular play Titans absolutely deserve the spot because that was a TD if not for the blatant foul.
There are cases where spot foul location doesn’t seem to fit, like when there is minimal contact or when the WR/DB are both hand fighting but then that gets to a referee’s opinionated call which prompts bitching from opposing teams. NFL protects referees and does not want them in gray area of opinions, though I wish they would.
This is similar to back when they had (2) different types of face mask penalties. A 5 yard for incidental and the big 15 yard & automatic first for the blatant ones, but the league took that call away from the refereees and made the blanket 15/automatic 1st we see now
