It's no need to visit, just handle the negotiation via phone. Agents setting up visits are pointless.

Can you honestly give me an intelligent reason this is a good point and one has anything to do with the other? We said the same thing about Delane too.
Seriously what is your point? "Some portal pickups arent good so no portal pickups will be good". Say it out loud to yourself and let me know if it feels dumb.

Was simply asking for some tangible info as to why we think this guy will be good. I know that not all portal pick ups will work out but seems like very few of ours last year did even though they were all highly touted. I simply listed two that didn’t, and was wondering why the OP was so adamant about this one.

You are correct…partially. I do not know much about this kid and was simply asking why the OP considered him a good pick up. Wasn’t just a frivolous comment for the sake of commenting. Man you guys can be vicious.

It’s ok to get excited about the top defensive player in the portal who got playing time at a P4 school as a true freshman.

You referenced two wide receivers and I believe you thought the post was about Cam Coleman. It was a bad take either way, Cam Coleman is much better player than the ones you mentioned and Chaz Coleman plays a different position, just take the L and try to do better.

You are failing to realize one huge reason for this. LSU has had a mentally challenged coaching staff the past couple of years. This past years coaching staff wouldve somehow lost at least 2 games with 2019 LSU.

I have been in the minority here because indeed OL is a very obvious weakness on the team. But I will continue to say that LSU's DL is only a little bit better. They had NO ONE that you can count on to rush the passer and QBs ran right past them up the middle on scrambles. I put an edge rusher almost equal to a LT as far as importance. LSU's DL has been average to be kind.

The positions of the players I mentioned didn’t matter. I simply named the first two players I thought of that had been hyped last year but didn’t pan out. The whole point of my first comment was that every single portal player that we are after is touted as being so incredible. Our track record of late proves that to not be so true and I was simply asking the OP why he thought this guy would be different.
There is no L for me to take. Just a lot of posters that look for any reason to be assholes.
